Baseball/Softball Team Sponsorship Agreement

 

 

This page constitutes AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FAIR LAWN ALL-SPORTS ASSOCIATION, a non-profit organization for the advancement of the interest of youngsters in the community, AND:

By signing this page below, the sponsoring organization agrees to pay $250 to the Fair Lawn All-Sports Association no later than February 28, 2006  --  in a check made payable to “Fair Lawn All-Sports Association,” and mailed to Larry Heller, c/o Fair Lawn All-Sports Association, P.O. Box 291, Fair Lawn, New Jersey  07410.  This fee is, instead, $200 per team for returning sponsors from our 2005 season, and will also vary if the sponsoring organization also orders or renews a banner for display at the Dobrow Sports Complex (see our 2006 Pricing Sheet).

 

In return for the fee described above, the sponsoring organization will receive all of the following:

 

1.   sponsorship of one team in the spring 2006 Fair Lawn All-Sports baseball or softball program;  and

2.   its name printed on the team’s uniform t-shirts or caps;  and

3.   a framed 5x7 photo of the team, in uniform, for display in its store/office;  and

4.   at the sponsor’s discretion, a link from the All-Sports baseball or softball website to the sponsor’s website.

 

It is mutually agreed (i) that payment of the fee described above concludes all responsibility and obligations on the part of the sponsoring organization, (ii) that the team shall be directed completely by the governing body of the Fair Lawn All-Sports Association and its Baseball and Softball Committees, which will decide all administrative and playing rules, and (iii) that all players shall be covered by insurance through the Fair Lawn All-Sports Association.

 

The sponsoring organization further agrees that it will not expend additional money for its team, unless such expenditure is approved in advance by the Fair Lawn All-Sports Board of Directors.  The only responsibility of the sponsoring organization is that it is paying the fee described above to have its name on the players’ t-shirts or caps.  The sponsoring organization is not responsible for any injuries or policy decisions.
