THE FAIR LAWN 8TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL LOCKED UP 2ND PLACE IN THE NORTH WEST BERGEN PASSAIC GIRLS BASKET BALL LEAGUE WITH A RECORD OF 11 WINS AND 5 LOSSES.

THE LADY CUTTERS OPEN THEIR SEASON IN THE NNJBL WITH A SOLID WIN OVER RINGWOOD. ALLIE GRIPPO LED ALL SCORERS WITH 10 POINTS. KASEY HENNECKE, JACKIE WELSH AND TRACEY WRIGHT HAD SOLID GAMES.

THE LADY CUTTERS LOST THEIR OPENING GAME IN THE NORTH WEST BEGEN PASSIAC LEAGUE  IN A VERY CLOSE GAME. TALIA NITKA LED ALL SCORERS WITH 11 POINTS.
 
FAIR LAWN 47 WYCKOFF 52 (GREEN)
 
THE CUTTERS LOST ANOTHER TIGHT GAME TO WYCKOFF AS TALIA NITKA SCORES 25 POINTS IN THE GAME. KASEY HENNECKE ADDED 9 POINTS IN THE GAME AS WELL.

THE CUTTERS ARE BACK ON THE WINNING  SIDE WITH A SOLID TEAM EFFORT.  TRACY WRIGHT SCORED 16 POINTS , TALIA NITKA 9 AND KASEY HENNECKE ADDED 8 TO LEAD THE TEAM.

TRACEY WRIGHT SCORES 14 POINTS AND GETS 9 POINTS FROM TALIA NITKA AND JACKIE WELSH TO LEAD THE CUTTER TO FIRST WIN IN NWBP LEAGUE.
 
FAIR LAWN 58 WOODCLIFF LAKE 41
 
THE CUTTERS GAVE LAST YEARS NWBP LEAGUE CHAMPS (7TH GRADE) THEIR FIRST LOSS . JACKIE WELSH LED THE WAY WITH 18 POINTS AND TRACEY WRIGHT ADDED 17 POINTS. TALIA NITKA CONTROLLED THE BACKBOARDS AND SHE SCORED 12 POINTS AS WELL.

JACKIE WELSH  HAD 15 POINTS AND TRACEY WRIGHT AND TALIA NITKA ADDED 10 APIECE AS THE CUTTERS WIN ON THE ROAD IN PARAMUS.

THE CUTTERS PLAYED THEIR BEST OVERALL GAME AS THEY BEAT NEW MILFORD IN A TIGHT GAME. TRACY WRIGHT LED THE SCORING WITH 13 POINTS AND JACKIE WELSH ADDED 9.

THE CUTTERS LOST TO UNDEFEATED CRESSKILL 36 TO 22. THE CUTTERS WERE TRAILING BY 4 POINTS AFTER THREE QUARTERS BUT COULD NOT KEEP UP IN THE FOURTH.
 
FAIR LAWN 40 POMPTON LAKES 23
 
THE CUTTERS HAD A VERY SOLID GAME WITH TALIA NITKA LEADING THE SCORING WITH 13 POINTS AND SHE HAD SOME HELP WITH TRACY WRIGHT SCORING 12 AND JACKIS WELSH ADDING10. ASHLEY COLCA , JACKIE TENORE AND ALLISON HANNIK PLAYED SOLID DEFENSIVELY FOR THE CUTTERS. THE CUTTERS ARE NOW 4 AND 1 IN THE NORTH JERSEY JUNIOR BASKETBALL LEAGUE.

THE CUTTERS PLAY A TOUGH MAHWAH TEAM TO THE END, SKIPPING OFF WITH A WIN ON JACKIE WELSH TEN FOOT JUMPER. THE CUTTERS ARE NOW 5-2 IN THE NORTH WEST BERGEN PASSAIC LEAGUE

THE LADY CUTTERS OPENED THE NORTH JERSY JUNIOR BASKET BALL SEASON WITH A GREAT WIN OVER FAIR LAWN'S ST ANN'S. KASEY NUNEZ LED THE TEAM WITH8 POINTS.

THE CUTTERS GET THEIR 2ND WIN OF THE SEASON WITH A SOLID PERFORMANCE OVER CLIFTON. ARIEL MANN- HARPER LEADS THE SCORING WITH 12 POINTS AND KASEY NUNEZ ADDS 9 POINTS AS WELL. MEAGEN TUCHLER AND REGINA TILLAR CONTROLLED THE BACK BOARDS FOR THE CUTTERS.

CUTTERS ARE GIVEN THEIR FIRST LOSS OF THE SEASON. KAYLA ALVIRA AND SAMANTHA LEBOWITZ HAD SOLID GAMES FOR THE CUTTERS.

THE CUTTERS TAKE A CLOSE GAME FROM WYCKOFF AT HOME 21 TO 20.
MEAGEN TUCHLER AND REGINA TILLER BOTH SCORED 6 POINTS TO LEAD FAIR LAWN. JESSICA THIMMEL, ERIN HUGHES AND SAMANTHA LEBOWITZ HAD SOLID GAMES FOR THE CUTTERS.

THE LADY CUTTERS WELCOME BACK LAUREN GIACCIO FROM THE DISABLED LIST AND SHE SCORES 6 POINTS TO ASSIST KASEY NUNEZ WHO HAD 8 POINTS TO BEAT A TOUGH POMPTON LAKES TEAM.ARIEL MANN HARPER, ERIN HUGHES AND SAMANTHA LEBOWITZ HAD SOLID GAMES FOR FAIR LAWN.

THE LADY CUTTERS PLAYED THEIR BEST GAME OF THE YEAR AS A TEAM WITH A GREAT WIN OVER THE BEARS OF BERGENFIELD. LAUREN GIACCIO LED THE CUTERS WITH 10 POINTS BUT HAD A LOT OF HELP AS AREIL MANN HARPER SCORED 8, REGINA TILLAR 7 POOINTS, KASEY NUNEZ AND ERIN HUGHES BOTH ADDED 6 FOR FAIR LAWN.

BERGENFIELD PLAYED A GREAT GAME TO BEAT FAIR LAWN IN CLOSE GAME23 TO 20. THE BEARS STARTED THE GAME WITH SCORING THE FIRST 8 POINTS. ERIN HUGHES  SCORED THE FIRST 6 POINTS   FOR FAIR LAWN TO KEEP THE SCORE CLOSE. LAUREN GIACCIO AND ERIN HUGHES LED THE CUTTERS WITH 10 POINTS EACH.

FAIR LAWN BEAT A HUGE HACKENSACK TEAM WITH A SOLID PERFORMANCE BY THE FRONT COURT OF REGINA TILLAR, MEAGEN TUCHLER, CHRISTINA LOLIS, AND LAUREN GIACCIO. LAUREN GIACCIO SCORED 10 POINTS AND   AREIL MANN HARPER ADDED 9 POINTS FOR THE CUTTERS.

KASEY HENNECKE AND TRACEY WRIGHT LED THE CUTTERS WITH 10 POINTS EACH.THE CUTTERS ARE NOW 5- 2 IN THE LEAGUE AND THAT PUTS US IN THIRD PLACE.

THE SCORE DOES NOT TELL THE STORY AS THE CUTTERS WERE BEHIND AT HALF TIME 26 TO 18. ALISON SUDOL PLAYED BY FAR HER BEST GAME FOR THE CUTTERS,LEADING A SECOND HALF DEFENSE THAT HELD THE SPARTANS TO 15 POINTS. JACKIE WELSH HAD 15 POINTS IN THE SECOND HALF AND  LED THE CUTTERS WITH 18 POINTS AND TRACEY WRIGHT SCORED 12 POINTS. ASHLEY COLCA HIT A THREE POINTER TOWARDS THE END OF THE SECOND QUARTER TO KEEP THE CUTTERS WITH IN STRIKING DISTANCE.  FAIR

TRACEY WRIGHT SCORED 15 POINTS AND HIT TWO FREE THROWS WITH LESS THAN 2 SECONDS LEFT IN THE GAME TO GIVE THE CUTTERS THE WIN. JUSTINE THIMMEL LED THE WAY ON DEFENSE AND REBOUNDS. JACKIE WELSH SCORED 10 POINTS FOR THE CUTTERS

TALIA NITKA TOOK CONTROL OF THE BACK BOARDS TO ASSIST THE CUTTERS IN A MUST WIN IN THE NORTH WEST BERGEN PASSAIC GIRLS BASKET BALL LEAGUE.  JACKIE WELSH SCORED 14 POINTS TO LEAD THE CUTTERS IN SCORING. TRACEY WRIGHT AND KASEY HENNECKE EACH ADDED 8 POINTS FIR FAIR LAWN.  KASEY HENNECKE HAD TWO BIG OUTSIDE SHOTS TO HELP FAIR LAWN CLOSE THE FIRST HALF WITH A 23 TO 10 LEAD. 
ALLISON HANNIK PLAYED A SOLID GAME HOLDING NEW MILFORDS' LEADING SCORER TO 6 POINTS.

FAIR LAWN LOST TO A VERY TALENTED WCL CLUB IN A CLOSE NWBP LEAGUE CONTEST. THE CUTTERS HAD STRONG PERFORMANCE FROM JACKIE WELSH, TALIA NITKA, KASEY HENNECKE, ALISON HANNIK AND TRACY WRIGHT.

THE CUTTERS BEAT PREVIOUSLY UNBEATEN CRESSKILL IN A OVERTIME 43 TO 38. TRACEY WRIGHT'S STEAL AND LAY-UP PUT THE CUTTERS AHEAD  IN THE OVERTIME PERIOD. TALIA NITKA LED THE TEAM WITH 19 POINTS AND TRACEY ADDED 14 FOR THE CUTTERS

FAIR LAWN'S TRACEY WRIGHT AND JACKIE WELSH SCORED 20 OF THE CUTTERS POINTS IN A TOUGH GAME WITH FORT LEE.  FAIR LAWN TRAILED FORT LEE 18 TO 10 AT HALFTIME, BUT WENT ON A  15 TO 0  RUN IN THE THIRD QUARTER TO SEAL THE WIN. THE WIN WAS OUR 11TH IN THE NWBP LEAGUE AND SECURED A HOME GAME AGAINST THE COMETS OF HACKENSACK IN THE PLAYOFFS.

 
FAIR LAWN 50 POMPTON LAKES 34
 
TALIA NITKA SCORED 21 POINTS TO LEAD FAIR LAWN OVER THE CARDINALS OF POMPTON LAKES. TRACEY WRIGHT AND JACKIE WELSH HAD 11 AND 10 POINTS FOR CUTTERS. THE SCORE WAS TIED AT 13 AFTER THE FIRST QUARTER AND THE CUTTERS HELD A  32 - 27  LEAD AT HALF TIME. FAIR LAWN ALLOWED 7 POINTS IN THE SECOND HALF TO SECURE THE WIN.
