Registration 2005

SOCCER REGISTRATION DATES: 

Fee:     $60.00 per child for those in grades 3-8
               $50.00 per child for those in grades K-2

The time for the 2005 Soccer is rapidly approaching.  Even though you still have not broken in the baseball glove, the time to sign up for fall soccer has arrived.  We want everybody to participate in the program that features some exciting new changes. Come join us this fall, and help us make this a successful season.   

        Dates:         Monday, March 14, and Wednesday March 16th
        Time:                   7:00 � 8:30PM
        Place:            Memorial Jr. High School  in the Cafeteria.

Or

Dates:         Monday, March 21

Time:            7:00 � 8:30PM . 
          Place:            All-Sports Building at Dobrow Complex.

 All first time players must have a Birth Certificate

All players grade 3-8 must have a photo. 

Registration will not be accepted without a photo.
